Benfotiamine does not address pain. For Diabetics it simply helps the cells in your body process glucose better. If you are having limb pain it is due to nerve damage from a lifetime of too much glucose circulating in your body. I am a diabetic and I take one 300 mg capsule of Benfotiamine three times a day. I also try to limit my carb and sugar intake in an effort to stave off the nerve damage that can occur.

When you say made in usa, do you mean assembled?, what is the origin of the benfotiamine powder? usa or china?

Is Benfotiamine heat-sensitive? I want to order it from Amazon but don't want it to get ruined.
