This bumper pool table is easy to assemble but is poorly packaged which can cause damage during shipping. The bumpers are hard and inelastic and may need to be replaced, however, the railings have good bounce. There are no instructions included but assembly is not difficult, it just may require some additional repairs depending on the condition it arrives in. The table rolls well with decent play quality for the price. The table does not come with a cover and should not be placed on a covered porch as it is not waterproof. It is recommended to not purchase this table if you need it shipped overseas as shipping costs are high due to the weight.
