The Optimum Nutrition Fish Oil softgels contain 250 mg of EPA and DHA, and come in triglycerides form. The expiration date is April 2021. Each purchase consists of two bottles with 400 softgels each, making for a total of 800 softgels. Despite one review claiming a discrepancy with the advertised amount of bottles, most customers were either satisfied with their purchase or found it to be a good value. The pills themselves are on the larger side, which may be a challenge for some to swallow.
