The placement of the inner holes is critical for proper operation. The inner holes are approximately 7 3/4" apart on center.

Will this fit a Fender Champion 40?

Yes, it should fit well as it is a fairly standard size handle with two screws on each end.

What are the black things in the screw bag and how do you install them?

The black things are nuts that go inside the cabinet. They usually have spikes that dig into the wood to keep it tight.

How much weight can this handle support?

It can support a weight of around 50 lbs.
