no it’s just like a regular photo album. i mean there are slots front and back but one goes in the front and another goes in the back

Just place album stickers with your note on the sleeve face.

The albums do not appear to be capable of holding more pages than those they come with.

Does this album hold vertical 4x6 photos?

Yes, each page can hold two 4x6 photos, vertically (landscape orientation). Something to keep in mind if you (like me) take most of your photos in portrait orientation with your phone.

Single album size is 8.1X10x2.15 inches.
