Does anyone know if this will fit a college degree instead of the racing number?

Depends on what your trying to accomplish with this if you plan to use the speration panel so you can display two pictures along with the degree then no the degree will be to big for the cut out, however if you are looking for the shadow box look then just remove the separation part and you have the full size of the frame.
