The shut offs are nice size, maybe 3/4 to an 1-inch long.

Can this be used on an indoor utility sink faucet for hot and cold water?

Only if you want a mess. It leaks real bad.

Should the 2 additional rubber washers go in each hose or are the replacements for the spigot to spigot end?

The rings are extra. Your hose needs to have one.

After attaching to my Spicket, it leaks below the threads but above the hose shut offs. Any way to fix this?
