Cutter Dry Insect Repellent is a 4-ounce aerosol spray that contains 10% DEET. The product claims to be not oily or greasy and provides protection against mosquitoes and other insects. The drying time for the product varies with each application and can be reapplied after 4 hours. It can be applied to clothing but is not for application to your hair. If using on your face; apply to your hands and then apply to your face. The product seems to work well for mosquito protection while outside.
