What parts are polyester and which are viscose (can I remove them - are they the tassels?)

Not sure if you can remove the tassels before washing. Hand wash and dry flat on a table to untangle the tassels.

Does the 3x5 have the tassels?

The 3 rugs that I purchased all have tassels.
