I don’t believe so. The Kool-Aid packs would be too big. The holders are just big enough for the largest single-serve tea packet.

Yes, each slot will hold 25 tea packets when laying flat.

Is it supposed to wobble when spun to select tea?

Mine does not wobble. I also gifted one to my sister and no wobble there either.

The dimensions of each basket are: 2.8"w x 2"d x 1.6"h. The width of the basket is open with 2 wires to hold tea packs.
