Why the white one is different?

The white one is facing front and the others are showing the backside of the underwear.

Do you have to wash in the washing machine everyday the plastic outer pant?

We liked the panties but only used the plastic ones a few times. They were bulky and made lots of noise. I only washed them in the sink though the times I did use them.

My daughter is 49lb will size 5T 6T fit her?

Order the size she normally wears. When they come they will look too big but they shrink a size after they are washed.
