I see a few bags(10lbs) online that claim to have 147 serving and a few others 149 servings?How is this possible when the bag and scoop size are same?

You get more servings with the Vanilla flavor. Both bags weigh 10 pounds and the scoop size is the same, but the gram weight of vanilla is less than chocolate flavoring per serving, so you get slightly fewer servings with chocolate. You can see the difference in the gram weight of each flavor per serving on the Facts Panel.

What is the expiry date of this usually?

The shelf life is about 2 years. I work out fairly frequently so this amount lasts me about 3 months. Probably more like 4-6 months for most people.
