Does pump come with the gas tank?

Just the pump with pump accessories, I use it on mine tank.

Can it refuel my can at pump easily? Is it easy to be operated?

Work well, very easy to operate, I just need to simply connect the power supply and it will work!

Does it fit most tanks?

Yes, it comes with standard tank adapters, which fit my oil tank well.

Is this pump compatible with DEF fluid?

Yes I feel sure it would because it works great with fu

Does it transfer oil?

love it! I use it to refuel my car and snowblowers.

Will it lift gas from the ground into a tall car gas tank, or does it have to work at the same level?

I only use storage batteries, it performs well.

Can you switch to a longer pickup hose? I have a 32 gallon tank. Hose is too short.

Right, besides car batteries, other energy storage batteries power also can be supplied, The pump comes with a DC 12v safety device, and it will auto-magically jump off if not applicable.

Can you use it to siphon gas out of a car??? (not into the car....)

No, the siphon is a straight shaft only long enough to get to the bottom of a 5 gallon container.
