The Oru Kayak Inlet is a foldable kayak suitable for calm lakes and rivers. It is lightweight, portable and easy to store making it ideal for apartment dwellers or those with small cars. It can be used in cold water, but the rider should dress appropriately and wear a PFD. Also, the kayak is stable but not suitable for boat wakes. Cleaning the kayak is easy and mold/mildew are easily manageable. The company’s customer service is good with a fast delivery. However, the kayak can be difficult to control during paddling, and the seat is fragile. Overall, the Inlet is a good beginner kayak but not suited for more skilled kayakers.
