Does this kit contain the remotes to test your pairs?

Not sure what remotes your inferring, but there is a second United that is located at the main United that is easily detected and is connected to the others end of the cable being tested while the main unit is attached to the other end which has the business end to verify your wrap status.

Does it test 568a 568b and usoc cables?

568 a and b yes don't know about usoc

Does the coax testing function work when checking end to end to see if it passes? is there a coax end on each of the tester?

Hello, the coax function does work end to end. At the bottom of the tester is the remote probe you pull out. One side of the probe has a RJ-11 and RJ-45 connector, the other side is a small male F connector. I highly recommend also getting a F connector coupler for testing coax cables. Most of my coax connections I test are BNC, so I had to make a few converters for it to suit my needs. Hope this helps

Yes it will tone it doesn't matter how thin, or if it's stranded or not or twisted non twisted wir

This will test and show open and shorts via rj45 on copper UTP cable.

Can it trace coaxial cable through walls?

This device can do an end to end tone to find the coaxial outlet among a group of outlets.

It should but I haven't tried it with thhn. As long as you have a return path for the signal, you should get tone.
