Provided you have the correct adapters and know your pathloss budget it should work.

What wavelengths options dose the power meter have?

It will do MM @ 850 and SM at 1310 & 1550. That's all I use it for.

Is this used by putting a device at either end of the cable and then see if all the light gets through?

The Black pen is all you need. It sends a light down the fiber which helps you locate the fiber at the far end. The meter helps you see what light is being sent from the equipment. If you get good readings then the fiber is good. So long as it's connected to the correct port.

What mw is the light source that comes with this meter?

The penlight I bought was faulty and didn't work at all. I returned it and bought another similar one, that was 30mw.

Can it tell you the length of the fiber?

No, it's a light level meter not an OTDR.

Can this be used to test 200m fiber optic cable mm - sc to sc, 50/125µm om2?

Yes, should be fine. That's only a multi-mode fiber so it should be no problem. I've tested greater distances than that on 9/125 single mode fiber. The light source and meter come with different adapters, but they're not really needed, you can just push the fiber end onto the meter/source. Having said that, using the SC adapter is not a bad idea.
