Hi, this is conflicting to me. Is this for kids or toddlers?

Looks like toddler & up. My bottle label has varying dosages listed by age. Okay for toddlers & kids, just check the label for the proper dose.

How long it good for after opening?

I’ve had mine for some time already. It just says “store in a cool dry place” and has an expiration date printed on the bottom of the bottle. Mine says it expires in Jan 2025 and I got it a few months ago. (I don’t take it consistently.)
