Question : What can cause this alarm to randomly siren? It was already installed when I moved in my home. I don't have a burglar system yet this randomly sirens.
Answer : There are several reasons that it would sound. You will want to power the system down. There will be a metal box mounted in the basement or a closet with a battery. A transformer, usually near by, plugged into an outlet, it will have the same type thin wiring connected to it.
Question : When I turn heater on siren sound coming. Can I just cut off temporarily or is it electric shock?
Answer : When you turn your heater on, that has nothing to do with the alarm siren. It is probably the dust burning off of the heating element and causing your smoke detectors to go off, not your alarm system siren.
