Very complete coverage for just the chest area, but my daughter is now 10 and has probably 20 of them, in small. Great product. Perfect for sensory issues. Doesn’t shrink.

Is there a sizing chart?

Not sure but it’s super flexible. My 9 year old is super skinny for her age, and the small fits perfectly. When I first received it I was concerned because it looked so small, but it stretches both ways quite a bit!
