It's pretty much just stamped sheet metal with a shiny coat. It holds up well and shows no signs of the 'Silver Tone' wearing off.

I can't answer a question that is not in English, but if this means 'accurate' and 'does the case degrade over time?', then the watch is very accurate and the case is not perfect but has worn well over 2 years with use.

Is this watch water resistant?

I doubt it. The overall quality of the case is poor. The movement is Japanese and quite good but the rest appears to be Chinese crap. Buy something else.

Does this watch have a glass or acrylic face?

It looks like glass but it could be some form of transparent plastic.

Will the lid allow to have a picture in it and still close properly?

The lid is slightly domed so a picture inside the cover would not have an effect on closure.

What is the diameter of the watch?

The case diameter is 47 millimeters or 1.85 inch.
