It makes a non/sagging strong epoxy putty. It can be spread smooth with heat or using water to help smooth out. It is a great product that served me many used from filling in old holes on fiberglass boat to fixing my yamaha 4 stroke outboard motor water jackets saving the motor. It has served me many other countless uses for stuff around the house also. Really good stuff!!

This stuff works amazing. Under & above water. Had cans for years & still effective.

What color is this once cured?

If mixed at proper ratio, it is a gray color.

Can it be brushed or rolled on pontoon bottoms.

If free of some paints, only on hard surfaces, not really for thin coats , great for plugging cracks etc, holes boat bottom

Can this be used on cars to patch little rust holes ?

No. There is other material for this.

Is the same stuff that gets hard as a rock in 5 minutes?

Nope , from the instructions, starts to harden in 2 hours, fully hard in 6-8 hour
