Question : Phone is paired with my hearing aids. With hands free calling, I can hear the caller's voice through the aids but need to speak directly in phone mic?
Answer : My audiologist told me that the mic for the hearing aid will still need the phones microphone for audio input, not like the usual bluetooth headphones. Usual bluetooth headphones use the mic from the headphone where you could even put the phone in your pocket and the caller would still hear you. As for the Mini Remote, this would need to be paired by the audiologist using their equipment and not via pairing as a normal head/earphone.
