That girl could be 4 feet tall, you can't judge size by looks, I'd believe whatever the company tells you the size of the screen is.

Does the green color allow you to insert a different color background when editing?

Yes that’s the point of a green screen.

Can this come in white?

Just put your hand up top and push it down.

Is the height adjustable? Can I set and lock the backdrop to any height that I desire?

You can set the screen to any height but it doesn't have a lock, it stops at a certain maximum height.
