Does it allow for the release of liquid fertilizer mixed into the water?

Although I don't use it to dispense liquid fertilizer I don't see why it wouldn't work equally as well as plain watering.

Do these come in a pack or individually?

Are the globe and adapter all that is needed for use? Does the adapter determine how much water is released?

Yes and yes. Adapters are available in different sizes.

Is this recommended for growing tomatoes outside?

I’m using one for a patio tomato plant.

The large globe holds 24oz of water.

How do you regulate the water? We have cactus needs little watering.

I don’t know if you can regulate these - I have one in my Christmas (actually Easter!!) cactus and it has been fine. I prefer the ones with a top that opens - easier for refilling.

Will these work for potted plants on a patio? Do you sell the large globe with the large adapter?

This is one of my favorite Amazon purchases ever. It’s very large and you pour the water in from the top. The piece that goes in the dirt does not have a hole in it- it’s porous and releases the water slowly over 4 to 7 days for a 16 inch pot. I water my plant and then fill this globe- then I don’t think about it again for a week. My plants are on the patio, I live in coastal South Carolina.

Is this good for succulents? If not does anyone have any ideas of one that is?

Do not know what your water requirement is for succulents but can tell you this is a good product. We have both sizes and have found them more convenient to use and generally superior to other watering globes we have. Also, the spikes come in different sizes, allowing choice on water flow.

Is the black middle portion plastic?

It’s hunter green and it’s rubber.
