I am not sure about differences between the 8601w-a and 8601w-b they probably are the same product functionally. The primary difference is that the 8601w having 8 sensors can test 8 cables at a time and the 8601s can only test one as it comes with only one sensor.

Does this tester map RG6 coax through cable splitters?

No, it will not map out coaxial cables through splitters entirely.

This tester has a bnc connector, so can use a bnc to a screw-on coaxial cable “adaptor” to test tv coaxial cable lines?

Yes, it is possible. You need a BNC MALE to 'F' female adapter if the cable has a male 'F' connector on it.

Does it certify the cables tested and store the information to print or turn into pdf?

It does test the cable run and saves it so you can upload it to your PC but it's not 'certified' by any wiring entity. It's just a very nice inexpensive tester with a lot of features.

What features are different between Noyafa nf-8601s(blue) and Noyafa nf-8601w(red)?

The Noyafa NF-8601S and NF-8601W are two different models, with the primary difference being that the 8601w can test eight cables at a time as it has eight sensors, whereas the 8601s can only test one as it comes with only one sensor. It does not certify the cables tested, but the results can be uploaded to a PC. The unit works well and saves time, but there are some complaints about the tone generator's reliability, and that it only works for cables of at least 30 feet in length. Overall, it is an inexpensive tester with many features, including measuring the length of cables and diagnosing specific cross breaks or shorts, testing PoE, running ping, among others.
