The plastic pods are BPA-free, but the packaging does not state it. They are easy to use and ideal for making big cups or travel mugs. However, there are mixed reviews on the compatibility of the product with different models of Keurig brewers. Some users reported receiving an "oops" message and had trouble getting the product to work with their machine, while others had no issues. Moreover, a few users reported that the O-rings had deteriorated and could not find replacement O-rings.
