While some customers have reported that the lure falls off after a few casts, others have found it effective in catching Rock Fish and believe it can work for any fish towards the bottom. However, the size of the lure is smaller than what some people typically use for Halibut fishing. The lure is big and heavy and the LED light blinks only when it is put in the water.
