The DIGITEN DC 12V 1/4" Inlet Feed Water Solenoid Valve Quick Connect is a great way to control water supply, offering efficient performance and easy installation. The valve is designed to work with a DC 12V power supply and can work with temperatures ranging from 32-158°F. The valve is quick-acting, opening as soon as 12VDC is applied to the terminals and closing as soon as the power is removed. The internal mechanics are simple, but the parts may need replacement every 8-12 months. For its price, it works okay. The valve is easy to connect using two female spade connectors. However, some users have found that the valve leaked right out of the box, or that it got stuck open after only about 20 cycles. A few customers also reported experiencing slow water flow. Overall, the product is a convenient size and is reasonably priced.
