The device is short, making it perfect for a small to medium-sized room. The refill bottle and batteries are accessible by lifting off the outside shroud of the device. The refills contain oil and last for approximately 16 days on the highest setting. The packaging of the device may vary, but the Air Wick Essential Mist refills work for both the old and new devices. Customer Feedback: Some customers have expressed disappointment with missing refill bottles or receiving the smaller version of the device instead of the one shown in photos. Others found the scent to be weak or not noticeable at all. However, several customers loved how effective the device was in filling their rooms with fragrance and found it to be a great value for the price.
