No matter what we try we cannot figure out how to collapse this. Is there any instructions available?

Here's written instructions and I also included a video. Unfortunately, my husband (ugggggg!) would not help me do the video so I had to show how to do this while recording. To Fold Carriage/Stroller Flat: 1. Put in position as a stroller and turn upside down. Two smaller wheels will be at 90 degree angle to stroller 2. Push down on bar that runs perpendicular to the length of the bottom 3. Pull on the plastic strap on one side of the carriage toward the inside edge to clear it from the pin 4. The part of the frame that is attached to the two smaller wheels and these two smaller wheels will flatten 5. To unflatten, pull up the two smaller wheels to a 90 degree angle again, and the bar will click into place and the plastic strap will catch on the pin again. I hope this helps. Auntie Lorraine

Yes definitely it's only for dolls.

I bought the stroller and the canopy fabric was inserted the wrong way. Can you send a replacement part?

You just flip the handles over. You have the handles in the wrong position for the stroller being a “bed type stroller”.

Could I fit a 22 inch doll in this?

I bought this for my Granddaughter so it isn't at my house. I bought a similar model for my house and it is about 19 inches. So I would say no.

Where is this carriage made?

China, where else. It is of good quality, although the instructions leave a lot to be desired.

Will the pink polka dot stroller be in stock again soon?

I have the black and pink design, it doesn't show dirt as easily. They seem to have them all the time, just be patient and keep checking back.

How do the small wheels work can’t figure it out?

They put the aa stickers and Bb stickers on the wrong spots…. Look at box and switch the I think frame.?.???
