The pack comes with four gel cold packs enclosed within an adjustable jaw ice pack wrap. The cold gel packs can be easily exchanged with the hot/warm packs for pain relief. The product has received mixed reviews from customers. While some found it to be helpful and call it a "life-saver," others found it to be ineffective and a waste of money. Some users complained of the gel leaking from the packs and others said that the ice packs stay cold for only about 5 minutes.
