Will it fit Dremel 8220?

Yes it does fit If I remember right they have a little adapter to make it fit.

Does it fit ROTOZIP? It says ALL rotary tools but the pictures don't look like they would fit a ROTOZIP.

Although I cannot comment on all rotary tools, I can say that all tools that work with my Dremel work with the Rotozip extension. The adapters do allow you to increase or decrease the size of the bit. The only issue that I have with the Rotozip is that the clamping mechanism on mine is not completely symmetrical, making the tool vibrate more than it should.

Does this fit Dremel 395?

I believe it will fit any Dremel with a removable collar. It will work great for crafts etc.

Does it fit the Dremel 4300?

Yes, however, it didnâ€™t hold up to everyday use. It broke within 5 months of purchase :(
