The TheraBand Pro Series SCP Exercise Ball is a strong rubber ball that has a perfect size of 65cm/26" in diameter for different exercises. It is solidly built and does not leak nor break easily. Inflation is easy using a foot pump, and the ball is also easy to use with multiple exercises. However, the ball requires proper measurement during inflation to avoid over-inflating that can cause damage. The ball size should match the exercises intended, and one must be careful not to over-inflate it. The ball's price is higher than others in the market but worth the investment if one is looking for resilience and strength.
