Yes, I used 12×12 pieces of wood under it to raise it.

Is this the same as the Vevor Brand?

I don’t know, all I know is I used it once and I returned it. As a professional light and heavy duty tech I’ve never seen a jack so unstable. After it nearly dropped my 57 Chevy twice, I returned it.

Need top rubber replacement?

If you are asking - will we need to replace the rubber part at some time in the future (because it leaks, or whatever).....not sure how anyone can answer that question, because who knows how long it will last.

Has anyone tried using this jack on an RV 5th wheel trailer?

Most 5th wheel trailers exceed the 6600 # rating of the jack. Possible to lift just one tire at a time on a 2 axle trailer.
