I put 14 gauge 5052 in mine it got it but it was a struggle and it was only about 2 feet wide. Also 6061 won’t bend without cracking unless you anneal it most people will just use 5052

It is LTL freight shipping. The total weight is about 135 lbs. Two people can carry it from truck to ground. However, the lift gate delivery is available at extra charge.

Is the 16 gauge rating at full width or half width?

I have used it at full width. It is a struggle to do but seems to work.

What is the difference between this model and the W-2416Z model?

Sorry for the misleading. That is a model mistype. The correct model is W-2416Z.
