Be careful performing measurements if the voltages are > 25 VAC rms or 35 VDC.

As long as it has the banana plug it should be able to work but we do recommend the FLIR Flex clamp.

Does the thermal image autofocus, have a focus knob, or have a set focal point?

The thermal sensor autofocus itself.

Does this device have insulation resistance test capabilities? If so, up to what testing voltage?

No, it does not have a high voltage insulation resistance function.
