We have not tried using this for a treadmill deck, but it is similar to the material that is used for decks. Treadmill decks typically have a smooth laminate on one side. This material is smooth on both sides.

Do you sell birch plywood that is smooth on one side and grippy textured on the other like the plywood used in trailer flooring?

Unfortunately, we do not. This material is smooth on both sides. Some people will apply their own rubber sheets to make this grippy.
