How can this unit provide an evacuation function but the unit does not accurately measure microns and requires a separate micron gauge?

You need a separate micron gauge.

Do the games measure microns? or is the separate probe a must?

It will measure microns internally though the hoses. The probes only measure line temps. I have the wireless versions and the kit comes with the micron sensor.

Can you use Testo's wireless temp probes with this analyzer?

I understand they have to be the Version 2 probes, not backwards compatible with the 1st generation wireless probes. It’s all explained in the manual.
