It is incredibly durable, flexible, and paintable. It takes about 4-6 hours to dry completely, but once it does, it will not get brittle, making it ideal for long-term use. Tower Tech 2 Acrylic Urethane Sealant is an excellent option for sealing fiber cement siding, windows, and other exterior surfaces. However, it is not recommended for roof repairs.
