I can find no info on the helmet as to where it was manufactured. It does appear to be well-made, however.

Why is the seller dodging sizing questions?

Do you know your actual head size? Knowing that would make things easier. Also, do you a head of hair like Colin Kapernick or Joe Rogan? That will effect things too. FWIW my helmet fits properly.
