No, it cannot be used on a cloth like surface. This cures to a rigid, drillable state, I used it to repair a cracked carbon fiber splitter on my car. Cures hard and rigid in 15 to 30 seconds when exposed to UV light. Just a suggestion - look into patch kits for swimming pool liners. I would think that would work on your vinyl awning.

Helloâ€¦ I purchased the product for my husband, so I cannot answer the question as I did not inspect the package for an expiration date. I know he really liked the product, which was used to fix our shed and also fill a missing piece of our kitchen cabinet frame.

Will 'rapidfix uv fiber repair patch' repair a crack in the luggage bag made off polyethylene foam?

We used the patch to repair a rusted wrought iron railing. Haven't a clue if it would work to repair your luggage.

It dries to a dark white. It's light enough to call white but it's on the darker side of white.
