Fluke Editorial Review

The Fluke i400s is a 400 Amp AC Current Clamp with a BNC Connector, compatible with a meter or scope. It comes with a great frequency range and resolution allowing for both in-rush and steady state current measurements. The measurements obtained with this clamp can be compared with the readings obtained from a Fluke 381, and it shows the differential, absolute min/max current spikes and noise when working with large HVAC units, which is a plus. However, One customer reported that this clamp did not last two months, which may be a cause for concern.
