What do the three spades connect to? What does the wire connect to?

The black wire connects to ground. The three terminals are marked X, P and L. X goes to the battery (usually through a fuse). P goes to the pilot light in your dashboard/instrument panel. L goes to the turn-signal switch. If you don't have a pilot lamp, you can tape off the P terminal.

With two incandescent bulbs and two LEDs, it works fine. With four LEDs, all indicators flash simultaneously, like hazards. What's the deal?

The issue is with the LED bulbs, specifically the 1157 style. Some badly designed LED bulbs put power out on the brake wire when power is put into the turn-signal wire. This can cause symptoms like simultaneous flashing. It is recommended to get better LED bulbs and also check the ground connection.

Do you carry a product(s) that works in positive ground systems?

I am not aware of any product that works in positive ground systems. My car is negative ground.

Do you carry an LED flasher for 6V positive ground?

Why would you not just reverse the wires for your positive ground? My application was 6V negative ground, so maybe I'm missing something here. This device has worked excellent.

This is an excellent product that provides a nice improvement over thermal flasher relays. The three spades are easy to connect to the battery, the pilot light on the dashboard, and the turn-signal switch, and the black wire connects to the ground. It also works perfectly with old 6V motorcycles.
