This silicone tubing is a food-grade pure silicone hose that comes in various sizes ranging from 5mm to 1 inch in diameter and 3.28 feet in length. The durometer of the tubing is 50A, which makes it not able to handle much of a vacuum. The tubing is flexible, unlike other plastic tubing meant for dehumidifiers and is suitable for a variety of purposes such as plumbing or insulation. The tubing is manufactured from China, and it works well with the heat of an under sink instant water heater. Despite the good points, one reviewer found that the tubing's actual inner diameter was larger than the advertised size, causing it to leak. Additionally, it is not recommended for use with exhaust systems since it doesn't handle high heat.
