I fastened the the piece to the floor where I wanted it then attached the door magnet to it then moved the door against it drew a circle around it then placed it inside the circle and mounted it

I understand how to mount the stopper to the wall. How do I get the round piece for the door apart to mount it?

You have to unscrew it. I bought two. With first I struggled a lot. When looked at the second piece it easy unscrewed. Hope this helps.

Yeah they are minimal. But they get the job done. Its pretty straight forward.

How do you install the long piece? The screws are too large for holes. There is also a brass toggle screw. There are no instructions.

The mystery hardware is for concrete installations(would need a special drill for that)and the other screws are not too big, it is the mounting base holes that are too small (but only on some of them, not all)so you need to use a regular electric drill to enlarge those holes.
