All 25 I received were 0-9, not 00-90.

No, the $10 dice does not also come with a $30 book, that is horribly out of focus and not listed in the item description.

All the same size, different colors. Dimension across opposite flats 21/32 in (21 mm)

It contains purely D20's, in all sorts of colours, translucent or opaque. I've ordered four sets of these now, with more to come. Hope this helps.
