Question : What fitness level is this door anchor designed for?

Question : What can I use this door anchor for?
Answer : You can use this anchor with straps for strength exercises, cardio, core, or mobility training.

Answer : Just the anchor, no straps.
Question : Has anyone had issues with the weight against the door frame eventually damaging the door/frame?
Answer : I'm 235 pounds and have not had any issues with my door frame but all door frames are not build the same.
Question : For solid, heavy doors only?
Answer : We recommend that you test the weight on the door. For doors that are not solid/heavy, you would move the door anchor closest to the hinge. This will allow you to still use the door anchor.
Question : How does the TRX mount to a door?
Answer : Put the straps over the door and then close the door. The anchor is on one side of the door and you and the straps are on the other side of the door.
Question : Is it common for the anchor to squeak while exercises are being performed, or is that an individual issue with the door/frame? Thank you.
Answer : It may very well be the door. I cannot imagine anything in there that would make it squeak. For home use, I use a Heavy Duty Eye Screw.
Question : Does the trx door anchor limit exercise movements that can be done with the system?
Answer : Mounting an anchor on the ceiling is definitely better! There are more exercises that you can do. But if that is not an option, the door anchor is good.
Question : We are struggling with xmount installation into the ceiling. What length bit are you supposed to use?
Answer : You want to use a bit that is long enough to drill a hole the same length as the bolt you are using. So for the TRX X mount attaching to a wood beam using 3/8 inch by 3 inch lag bolts. You would use a 1/4inch diameter by at least 4 inch bit which would allow you to have 1 inch of the bit in the drill chuck.
Question : Does the door need to be a certain height?
Answer : We recommend using a door that is at least 6.5 feet in height. Larger doors can also be used but may require you to use a suspension trainer.
Question : Is this easy to use?
Answer : Yes, super easy. Just put it over the top of the door, shut the door, and then thread your TRX through it.
Question : Is the door anchor easily removable?
Answer : Yes, it just hooks over the door and then you close the door to secure it. To take it off you just open the door and remove it.
