The Crepe Paper 8 Rolls Wide Crepe Paper Streamers are a mixed bag. While the colors are nice, the paper itself is thick and not easy to work with. It tears easily and doesn't do well with water-based glues. However, it can be improved by laminating two sheets together. The package includes everything needed for flower-making and comes in a great storage box.
