However, there are complaints about the odor, which is described as off-putting or medicinal. Some customers also find the product too thick and difficult to apply. One customer had a defective tube with a hole at the side, resulting in losing all of the product. On the positive side, a few customers who found the shade too light were able to mix it with a darker cheek gel to achieve the desired color.
