We have an above ground pool and it works fine. I don't know about saltwater.

Does this 4 in 1 shock have copper?

I don’t think so, The label don’t state that , if you’re concern call the manufacturer. Good luck with that search, I only bought this product once and didn’t quite work like my usual pool shock. Didn’t notice any difference for my pool, it was more expensive and less effective, in my case- perhaps it’s probably better for a hot tub.

would this lower the ph level?
